I was finally able to visit the salon about a week or so ago and have a facial, and what a facial it was.
The salon is located in the outskirts of the Birmingham City Centre and on the way to Jewellery Quarter. I stupidly got lost on my way to the salon, so I recommend using the map on the Crystal Beauty Lounge site or to call the salon for directions, to make sure you don't end up late and maybe miss your appointment.
The salon is situated amongst office spaces so it doesn't stand out but once you are inside, it is a tranquil and small area but it doesn't feel claustrophobic.

With music and candles around the salon, you cannot help but be relaxed

The facial that I had would have been 30 pounds and at the moment Crystal has offers on for the month of September, which are sounding good to me. A full body massage and facial is 40 pounds, which sounds like amazing value and I will be snapping it up for soon.

The salon is owned, run and all the treatments are done by Crystal at the moment, so if you are too late then you will lose your appointment.
It is decorated well and the space is used quite efficiently.
As you can see, Crystal is qualified in many areas of beauty and she, quite rightly, has this displayed within the salon.

I got the Luxury Organic Facial, which consisted of a double cleanse, exfoliate, steam, facial massage and mask. The massage was amazing and Crystal even spotted that I slouch alot, something I was quite impressed by. The whole treatment was amazing, I was impressed by how professional and talented Crystal was. I never knew that a facial contains a neck massage, realising that I this means I have had sub-standard facials in the past. The one treatment that intrigues me is the Shrinking Violet, it is a body wrap that guarantees to lose you inches from your waist, you can guarantee it stays off by maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
