On a quiet Sunday, before Christmas, I ventured to The Mac at Cannon Hill Park for their monthly food festival and was able to stock up on my favourite hot sauces, Pip's.
I first heard about these homemade sauces when I went to the King's Heath 'Brum YUM YUM' monthly event. And saw the lovely lady, pictured above, selling the sauces out of her bike, pretty niffy and yes it was in the Summer.
I used the sauce with nearly everything, to make my own dip or to add to pasta sauce, its quite strong so you only need a pinch to pack a punch.
Needless to say, I am very happy I have restocked.
