On Monday, I got to see J Cole and I was actually surprised at how good he was. However you could see that the toll of touring was getting to him because he seemed visibly exhausted but he didn't let it stop him from performing.
It was rammed within the venue not surprising as it was sold out but everyone seemed to be a huge fan, not just a gig goer.
He did all the best tracks from his sophomore album, Born Sinner, such as my favourite Power Trip and Villumanti.
I gotta say I had low expectations for this gig but J Cole surprised me. Really glad I went but now I have seen him, I doubt I would go again, not a hard core fan.
